Tenerife Holiday

We finally had a chance to take a long over due extended family holiday break to the Canary Islands (Tenerife).  We had some great family time together with no schedule and no plans. It was great to get some sunshine an warmth before returning to the UK.

Promised Update

Ok Ok, I know it has been ages since I last updated this thing. No excuses really just busy. Kendal is loving school. Knows all her letters and sounds and is starting to show and interest in reading. She picks up words quickly and I think she is just going to take off reading soon. Timothy is walking. Videos to follow. He is so happy and is now trying to run so he can keep up with sister. Kendal and Timothy are starting to play together, which is wonderful. She still doesn't like him invading her space and he still loves to invade her space now that he is mobile.

Bryan is working hard and keeping busy with his job and the garden. I am so proud of what he does in that vegetable garden. I go out and help but he has to direct me on what I am to do. I don't mind. I get to be out there with him and help out. Timothy and Kendal are good helpers too.

We have found a church that we are starting to get to know people and are excited to see where God is going to lead us. It has been a tough year with moving but we are finally starting to meet more and more people and feel things are getting easier.

I am good, continuing to loose weight and keep busy at the gym and now chasing Timothy. Have about 12 more pounds to go and then I will be where I would like to be. The weather has been warm and dry. No rain for almost 3 months. Very unusual for England but I guess over here on the East side it is warmer and more sunny. Which I love. Quick update as I have been reminded more than once that I needed to update. Here are some pictures. Videos will follow as they take a bit to upload. Love to you all.

Videos for Feb.

February

Well February is over and even though the month is short it felt really long. This is a hard month due to the long and dark days. It is also very cold and wet. WE have made the most of it and still ventured out and had some fun. Here are the highlights.

Bryan on his snowboard trip to Chamonix France. He goes every year with his good friend Jesse Spencer. The views are gorgeous.

The sunshine came out for one afternoon and we ventured to the seaside and had a few hours playing on the pebble beach enjoying the sun.

This was a little trip to Woodbrige we did before we ventured to the seaside. Here we are making the most of the wait for our food.

Timothy is a real climber. Here he is how I found him on sisters chair. He is most happy when he is climbing on this chair and the stairs. I am not most happy!

Kendal had a opportunity to attend a birthday party that took place at a small holding farm. They had everything. Goats, sheep, chickens, rabbits, guinea pigs, turtles, snakes, lizzards and the list goes on and on. Here Kendal is enjoying the tortoises.

We like to use our coffee and tea grounds in the garden. I have them in a container in a cupboard. This is how I found Timothy after he had discovered the grounds and took to eating them. I found him going back for more. Hence the grounds on his face. I guess it could be worse.

During our half-term break we ventured to a large indoor play gym. Kendal with her best friend Camilla and Timothy enjoying the ball pool.

Timothy with his first pair of welly boots on. These were Kendal's first pair. He didn't know how to walk in them at first, but he got the hang of it.

I am currently uploading videos to Youtube. I will post them this week. Enjoy

A Quick Update

Here are a few pictures of the kids. It has been busy since we have been back and we are looking forward to the end of the dark grey days. The days are getting longer already so hope is on the horizon!
